"Red Building"

Photographed in Chicago in February of 2003. The International Style of architecture, pioneered by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in the mid-20th Century, reflects his credo that "less is more", with its skeletal frames and sheer curtain walls. Graham, Anderson, Probst &White interpreted these principles in a striking reddish hue in Chicago's CNA Plaza.
